The games shall begin with center face-offs. This is similar to soccer. Goalies will be the only players allowed to touch the balls with their hands. Even if the sport is considered the contact type, players may still commit some personal and technical fouls should they exhibit unusual roughness. Fouls may also be called for stick checking.

People who are into pursuing a good career with this sport must make sure that they will become better at the game. This can mean joining training camps. Because of the popularity of the sport, lots of training sessions have been organized for the sports enthusiasts. The challenge actually is not on finding a camp but rather on joining one that caters to effective training.
