It's not uncommon for me to be amazed what female competitors can do in wrestling because they are trained and efficient, just as much as the men are. In fact, I'd like to think that a good amount of them are even more so, though one wouldn't be able to tell this by simply observing TV. It's tough to come across televised bouts these days where the ladies receive sufficient time to compete. Nevertheless, these girls are tough and one female in particular could market lifting kettlebell weights.
The female participant that I am talking about is Natalya Neidhart, who comes from quite a powerful wrestling pedigree. As part of the illustrious Hart clan in Canada, she's a third-generation competitor and her father was quite successful as a tag team competitor in WWE before her. She most definitely inherited those wrestling-related strengths, not only highlighting great finesse but power as well. The question that I have, though, is why hasn't she been given more time to show why she's been one of the most capable performers in the past few years?
I think a majority of the reason comes from this idea that the Divas, or female wrestlers in the WWE, aren't worthy of the time. As someone who has seen what these wrestlers can do consistently, I can tell you that they are most certainly deserving of said time and then some. It seems like only the shows which aren't televised offer them time, though many fans believe that this is due to time constraints. However, I would much rather take to a lengthy contest than any shoddy comedy sketch that would have been planned otherwise.
As far as Natalya goes, she could very well be the poster child behind lifting kettlebell weights and there are a few reasons as to why this is. Compared to the litany of other females in the company, she seems to mesh looks with strengths more than just about anyone else. She's also the most capable in-ring performer out of anyone, which speaks volumes, to say the least. She would most definitely be the person I'd think about when it came to methods endorsed by names like Lorna.
It's not like the other Divas aren't capable of going about the same sorts of exercises but I feel as though Natalya has the best likelihood of utilizing them. She's already physically minded when going into just any match. Though, I think that lifting kettlebell weights is something that can help her out even more so, letting every part of the body to be helped. I don't know if there's an alternative kind of exercise that would be better matched to help her in becoming stronger.
