The other thing which may help you in clearing this problem is the use of neti pot with salinic solutions. The neti pot works in a unique way that makes it to irrigate your nasal membranes. Steam breathing has also been another solution. The acupressure can also be used. This is used in away which the pressure is applied at the three points of the nostril.

Tranquillizers can also be used. Sipping of olive oil is also can also cure the problem. Gaggling of sage water after it cools and right before you go to bed. Aromatherapy has also been said to be useful. A C-PAP machine has also been another remedy but it is expensive.

Apart from being normal, this problem may some times be caused by allergic reactions. This is because the allergy will make your nose to have some inflammation in it. They include tongue stretching; it will need you to stretch your tongue to the direction of your chin or the lips for around ten seconds. This exercise should always be repeated. The jaw exercises will include the pushing of the jaw to hold the tenses also you should practice the vowels sound or even sing.these are the several remedies of snoring.
